This theme addresses the need for strengthened collaboration and co-ordination across all levels of society through a ‘whole system approach’. Progress in the other indicators will provide some measure of the effectiveness of collaboration for health, however this set of indicators may need to be expanded as work progresses to monitor specific aspects of the framework or its impact. Monitoring will also be developed at local levels. |
